Our health is the foundation of our lives. Everything else depends upon it, literally. When our health is at its best, we can fully enjoy life. Our health is the fuel our minds and body use to function. Without our health, our lives become significantly impaired.
What is this all about?
I speak to audiences about how to improve the quality of their lives. There are two main ways to do this:
1) Improve the quality of your mind
2) Improve the quality of your body
This requires an in-depth understanding and application of the general rules and principles that apply to our minds and bodies.
By applying these rules to our minds, you can learn how to evaluate your mental patterns. This will allow you to analyze what is working and what isn’t working in your favor. This can be used to remove limiting beliefs, self-doubt, negative thinking, and poor attitudes. This is also one of the best ways to remove stress from our lives. Enhanced mental capacity will be the result of improving the quality of your mind.
When you apply these verities to your physical body, you will experience enhanced levels of energy and vitality. This is associated with a stronger immune system, less sickness, and improved quality of life. In addition, an in-depth understanding of your body will supply you with the information you need to be more cognizant of medical problems in yourself or loved ones.
Throughout my medical school training and surgical career, I have had the privilege to treat countless patients and help manage many different disease processes. I have helped people of all ages and treated a myriad of diseases. I have operated on almost every organ system in the body.
I have seen so many people present to the hospital late in the disease process with an advanced stage. Often times it was too late to offer any curative treatment. Many times this occurred because they did not know about the early signs and symptoms that could have been seen by a doctor and diagnosed earlier.
It breaks my heart every time I see a person who could have done something to improve their health and well-being, but they just didn’t know before it was too late.
I also have seen countless men, women, and children who suffer from mental anguish. Self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and self-deprecation causes them to live well within their limits. Stress is a major contributor to this mental suffering. I have helped a great many people change their thinking patterns, attitudes, and perspectives in order to live a more enjoyable and fulfilling life.
I have dedicated my life to the promulgation of knowledge that can help improve the quality of life for people. I am often told by my patients that a single piece of information I provide them has changed their lives drastically for the better. Because of this passion, I have given presentations around the country and have been quoted in over 40 online articles, magazines, and books. I also wrote a book about the subject matter titled: “The Power of Peak State: Massively Enhance Your Personal Potential”
