Reach your goals faster with a master

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
– John Quincy Adams

Be the leader others want to follow! Become a master communicator.

As a trauma surgeon, I have had the honor and privilege to lead teams with the common goal to save lives. Literally save lives on the brink of death. It takes unwavering courage, stellar communication skills, and strong teamwork. It requires a special mindset, specific to leaders. Regularly, I make decisions that are life-or-death. Decision-making, communication skills, collaboration, delegation, and emotional fortitude are skills in their own right. Vital skills that are indispensable.

Whatever your position, whether in a corporation, small business, or your home, you are a leader. Even without a mass following, you are responsible for leading your own life. Having the experience to lead diverse teams and work under pressure has allowed me to save many lives. It has also allowed me to share these ideas, as the same concepts apply to any industry leader.

“Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.”
― Otto von Bismarck

Don’t reinvent the wheel! Learn the tried and tested techniques that work!

In order to become a trauma surgeon, I have been through countless hours of classes, courses, lectures, and seminars.  I have studied different study habits, learning techniques, and mental processing. I have had my fair share of mistakes and frustrations. And by exploring the knowledge of driving forces and peak performance, I was able to become the top of my medical school class, and I even scored so high on the United States Medical Licensing Examination that it was literally off the chart of the score report!

I firmly believe that you can do the same and better. Don’t go through it alone. Through personal consultation, I can help mentor and guide you through the process, and help you achieve your highest scores and reach your full potential. “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
– Albert Einstein

If you have problems or challenges, that means you are still alive. The only people who have no problems are no longer living. That’s because challenges and difficulties are a part of life. They are something to be solved, overcome, not avoided.

I have had my fair share of difficulties. One of the most challenging times in my life was when I was a teenager and found myself in an extremely difficult domestic situation outside of my own control. I ended up abruptly moving to Egypt and attending medical school in a foreign language, in a culture I was not accustomed to. Talk about culture shock! Despite this, I learned Arabic and became the top of my class. After six years living abroad, I moved back to the United States and experienced culture shock again! I still remained persistent and positive and have gained great perspectives. It is the difficult times in my life that have defined me and made me a better person.

Every day I help people facing life-threatening challenges. I specialize in taking care of life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Everything from appendicitis to amputations, from cancer to life support. This is a severe burden to the patient as well as their family members. It has effects from physical pain to financial strain.

I have probed and asked my patients and their families about their mindsets, ways of thinking, and perspectives. I have found key elements in our minds that can get us through these difficult times. No matter what your situation is, there is a way to get through it. I want to help you by providing ideas, strategies, solutions, and perspectives that can get you over the hurdle. Sometimes all it takes is a single new perspective, and your whole life can radically change for the better.
